Refunds Policy
We are certain that you will be happy with your purchase. However, in the case that you require a refund or exchange, please contact support@konicadigital.com. Refunds will only be issued in the case of a defective order.
If you believe your order is defective or damaged, please take a photo and send it along with your order details to support@konicadigital.com within 48 hours of receiving. We will determine whether the item is defective and issue a refund or replacement. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel, please call 98411 20264 and we will cancel the order if not already processed.
