In the 1980s our founder JP Acharya noticed that all the photo labs in Chennai were small spaces without air conditioning, parking spaces, or even regular opening hours. He felt that since almost every person will require photo services at some point, these customers deserved to have a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Thus in 1986 he opened Konica Color Lab & Studio on Nungambakkam High Road, and soon 7 more locations followed. Our staff have years of experience in offering all photo related services to the people of Chennai and beyond, and our modern, spacious showrooms are a pleasure to visit.
