How can I create an account?
Registration is free and easy at
KonicaColorLab.com/register.php. To create an account, just click on Sign up at the top right corner of the web page or visit www.konicacolorlab.com/register.php, and fill out the registration form. Give a valid email address in order for us to verify your account. Your account will be activated as soon as you click on the Activation link in the email message. Your account will then be ready.

How can I edit my profile?
Login to your account with the email address and password. Click on the ‘Update Profile’ under My Account. You will not be able to change your email address, since this is your username. You can modify all other details in your account. Remember to click on the Update button after you have made all the changes to your profile.

I forgot my password. How can I open my account?
If you have forgotten your password click on the link ‘forgot password’ below the Login fields. You will be prompted to enter the email address. If the email address is valid, the password will be sent to the specified email address.

Can I change my password?
Yes. You will need to login to your account and click on the ‘change password’ link. Enter your existing password, and the new password in the fields. Once you confirm the new password and submit, the task is completed.
5.
I live outside India. Can I register on http://www.konicacolorlab.com?
Yes. Anybody from around the world can register. However, all orders are being shipped only to destinations within India. We wish to soon extend our delivery services globally. However, it is possible for you to register yourself with your current overseas address. So you can have pictures and gifts delivered to your loved ones back in India.

Can I exchange my free prints for a photo gift of the same value?
No. Our offer is only valid for 4x6 prints.
Customizing Photo Gifts

How do I upload the photos?
Photos can be uploaded easily by clicking the ‘Upload Your Photos’ link on the Products menu, on the left side of the page. Browse and select the photos you want printed and ‘Upload’ them. You can choose to upload photos in sets of 10 photos for quick loading. Once the photos have been uploaded you will be taken to the customization page and thereafter the order page.

What image formats does your system support?
Our ‘Upload’ system only accepts JPEG format of a maximum of 10 mb/img.

What sizes of prints are available and at what price?
Prints are available from post cards, maxi, D maxi, CBT, and upto 20 x 30. Under the Customize Your Order tab, the price for each will be displayed when you select a print size from the dropdown menu. The price ranges from Rs.4.13 to Rs.275 per photo print. Photos can be printed in matte and gloss finish, with or without a white border.

In what sizes are photo frames available?
Photo frames are available in 4X6”, 5X7”, 6X8”, 8X10” sizes. They come with mount and with a choice of several borders.

Will the photographs be color corrected or cropped?
The photos are neither color corrected nor cropped, our technicians only make basic adjustments to give you great prints.
6.
What is the recommended resolution?
The higher the resolution, the better the quality of the prints. A minimum of 640X480 pixels is required for a postcard size print.
7.
What size are the photo mugs?
Coffee mugs are available in regular size, though you have a choice of mugs with different handles to select from. Animal Handle mugs are a great favorite among kids.
8.
What sizes are the T-shirts available in?
The T-shirts for printing are available in small, medium, large and extra large.
Shopping & Orders
1.
My Shopping Cart is not updated. What should I do?
Your Shopping Cart may not have been updated in case your internet connection is interrupted or if you have not completed the procedure for placing an order.
2.
How do I resolve discrepancies in Shopping Cart and Cart values?
In case you find a discrepancy in your Shopping Cart and in Cart values, we suggest you repeat the order process. You may have mistakenly placed an incorrect order or chosen an option other than what you intended. Please check your shopping cart and your order before making payment. How soon can you have my Print Orders delivered?
We assure you delivery within seven working days.

How do I remove items from my cart or modify my order?
If you wish to change your order, you can do so by going back to the customization page and making the required changes, which will then be indicated in your Shopping Cart.

What are the payment types accepted by you?
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards and also process debit cards for most national banks.
6.
What are the taxes applicable on my order?
On all orders VAT or Value Added Tax is levied as per Indian government rules. Before checkout and payment the total amount due for your order will be indicated. This will include price of items in the Shopping Cart, VAT and shipping charges and also the net total amount due.

How do I track my order?
To track your order click the ‘Track My Order’ link on your account information page.
8.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders are processed immediately on receipt. However when order are placed late in the night or on weekends, there are chances they may be processed only the next work day. Cancellation is possible only if orders are not processed. Please call up our Showroom Manager at 91-044- 28275878, followed by an email to
orders@konicacolorlab.com, and quote your Order Reference ID. A refund will be issued for all cancelled orders.

Do you have discounts for bulk orders?
We offer our customers the best prices for terrific results and don’t offer any discounts for bulk orders.
Credit Cards, Security and Privacy

How secure is my transaction on this website?
KonicaColorLab.com offers you ICICI's secure and confidential payment gateway offered by the reputed banking institution - ICICI. All your transactions go through an authenticated terminal and is no credit card data are stored on our servers

Do you share information like e-mail addresses and mobile phone numbers with third-party databases?

How do you manage Orders placed on Lost Credit Cards?
We offer secure payment system that detects orders made on lost credit cards or stolen ones and automatically cancels the order.
Shipping and Returns

The product was damaged when I received it. How do I return it?
We offer excellent packaging for prints and other items that are ordered and there is little scope for damage. We don’t have a return policy, nonetheless you can write to us at
support@konicacolorlab.com with details of your order.

Can I change my shipping address for an order?
If you wish to change the shipping or delivery address for an order we request you to do so at the time of placing the order and not later, as orders are processed rather quickly. Please call up our Showroom Manager at 91-044- 28275878, followed by an email to
orders@konicacolorlab.com, and quote your Order Reference ID.
3.
Do you ship to locations outside India? What are the charges?
Currently we only ship to select destinations within India. However for shipments abroad request can be made offline at our showrooms or at our corporate office. The charges for the same are based on the size of the shipment and will be informed during the time of request.
